Turbo tax is supposed to guarantee accurate return and get you the most money. last year i got a IRS fee of $350 and this year I'm being audited on a 1040 EZ disappointed

whats going on with the services you are providing. i shouldn't be getting fees if you guys check over everything before submitting. All my information is accurate i checked, and my audit this year if unnecessary.

Turbotax does not go over your return before submitting. that's your job.
In any case, the documents you attached have nothing to do with an audit, and do not indicate that you are being audited.

NEVER post documents with personal information to a public message board, any stranger that had the chance to view/open/save those documents before I deleted them now has your personal information.

Turbotax guarantees accurate calculations.  It does not guarantee the accuracy of your information -- Turbotax has no way of knowing that you might have left off income or claimed a dependent you weren't allowed to claim.

You can try filing a claim here, but the claim must be filed within 30 days of receiving the error notice.  You might be overdue on the 2016 return.

If the IRS is holding your 2017 return for extra examination due to the past mistake, that is also out of Turbotax's control.
