TurboTax does not file tax returns.  Only the user of the TurboTax tax preparation software can either e-file or print the tax return for mailing.

There were 3 stimulus payments issued by the IRS.  Two during tax year 2020 -

the first Economic Impact Payment was $1,200 ($2,400 if married filing jointly) plus $500 for each qualifying child you had in 2020; and. the second Economic Impact Payment was $600 ($1,200 if married filing jointly) plus $600 for each qualifying child you had in 2020.

The third in 2021 -

The maximum payment is $1,400 per individual, or $2,800 per married couple.

Check your IRS tax account to see if the IRS sent you the payments - https://www.irs.gov/payments/online-account-for-individuals

Did you use the recovery rebate credit for stimulus checks?   There was a recovery rebate credit for 2020 and for 2021 returns.   You had to go to the Federal Review section to get the credit; it would have shown up on line 30 of your Form 1040.    It is past the deadline to do anything about the first or second stimulus checks if you did not receive them.    If you did not receive the 3rd one---for $1400 -- you have until April 15, 2025 to file a 2021 tax return or amend your 2021 tax return to use the recovery rebate credit to get the $1400.

When you look at your Form 1040----do you see an amount on line 30 for 2020 or 2021?   When you check your online account with the IRS, what does it say about the stimulus checks (also called EIP payments)?

If you need to trace a payment that the IRS says has been issued to you, mail or fax a completed IRS Form 3911, Taxpayer Statement Regarding Refund.
