We purchased Turbo Tax Business to complete the Trust 1041 for complex, no distributions and appears NO support is available. The individuals that connect are all lovely, but they don't do Trust taxes and don't understand that it is not an online version but desktop. We thought, as with our personal version we purchased live support, but no assistance can be given. Appears one must "wing" it when we've used the products before and always been helpful why does Business version have NO Customer Service available?
I was told a message was going to be sent and someone would contact me, that was 2 days ago.
I will now need to file an extension or take my chances. Apparently even those working in support feel badly as it appears to be a missing link to the new product.
Any suggestions on getting a live person to assist?? I'd be grateful.

Frankly, if the return is the least bit complex, you might want to seek guidance from a local tax professional.
