Turbo tax and SBTPG banking practices

I have finally received notification that my refund was sent to my bank. However my account was closed. Sbtpg said they sent a check on 3/26/2025. Here we are today 4/11/2025 and I still have not received my check. What kind of bank sends a check through regular mail with no tracking?

The IRS mails refund checks via first class mail with no tracking.   And so does SBTPG---watch your mailbox and open all mail even if it looks like junk mail.

I have informed delivery I see all of my mail! How long do you think it takes to get mail from OH to TX.
