Turbo tax 5 days early .. is not working

Paid for 5 days early,   called to inform turbo tax my  transcript showed the 26th as a final update for pay out,   wheres my refund even shows 26th as irs payout.. today is the 22nd..  I called days ago and the best they could say is they where only guaranteed 5 days before march 3rd.   Because that was the day irs said pact act would be paid by.. as in no later than..    irs got onto turbo tax last year for their nonsense with early tax refunds and they no longer offer the free option .. ive got family that went with competitors and got paid earlier than I have that also filed later than I did... irs is so done with turbo tax that they are double checking their work... causing the customers to get paid out later.    Wheres  my refund for the 5 day early fee.

The Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act (PATH Act) prevents the IRS from issuing early refunds (before mid-February) on any tax return that claims the Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC) and/or Additional Child Tax Credit.  As the IRS processes refunds for customers who claimed the EIC or CTC, you will see an updated projected refund date on the "IRS Where's My Refund site."
