Turb Taz 2023 e-filing PIN is not accepting IP PIN

My e-filed tax return was rejected. TT asked me to get IP PIN. I got 6 digit IP PIN from IRS. But when I entered it in TT 2023 e-filing PIN, it is saying 'Invalid Characters o too many characters'.

If you have a 6 digit PIN issued to you by the IRS you need to enter it in order to e-file.  Go to Federal>Other Tax Situations>Other Return Info>Identity Protection PIN and enter the six-digit PIN.
