TTax will not let me claim zero miles for employee expense. When I say Did not use the car, TTax assumes I sold it, but I have not. TTax presents this as an error.

I also use this car for a business, so I cannot delete the car. I just did not use it for employee expense items. I may use it next year for employee related expenses.

Unreimbursed business expenses for non-self-employed people are not deductible in tax years 2018 - 2025 under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act unless you are an Armed Forces Reservist, Qualified Performing Artist, Fee-Basis Government Official, or are disabled and have impairment-related issues.  If you do not qualify for the deduction, you should delete the vehicle entered in this section.

Self-employed vehicle expenses are entered with other self-employed income and expenses and the car should be entered there.
