trying to download state return to mail it continues to say "We're Having Trouble Printing Your Return TurboTax is experiencing a temporary problem printing returns." ?

What can I do? ... Its been almost a week

Try to print to PDF and save the file to your computer's desktop. Then open Adobe and print the forms from Adobe.
