Transfer of federal information to New York Information worksheet

The address on the federal information sheet is in both upper and lower case.

When transferred to the New York State information worksheet it is all upper case.

ex.  fed will have -> 123 Main Street

but NY State will show as -> 123 MAIN STREET

They should be the same.
