TPG lost my refund

My direct deposit was rejected from my bank causing my refund to go back to TPG bank affiliated with Turbo Tax. They are claiming my refund is lost in the mail and are wanting to charge me to reissue a check that I have never even seen with no proof it was ever mailed as I have got so many mixed answers from multiple representatives at TPG. This is a joke and they have had my money since 02/24 with no resolution in site.. any suggestions on how to get my refund or at least accurate information?

For this, you will need to reach out directly to SBTPG for further assistance.  You can do this at their Help page.  You can call using the numbers listed, or you can scroll down on the page and click Submit A Request.  On this public forum, we do not have detailed information about refund processing.
