The state claim they did not receive my 2013 return that I filed thru turbo tax. I paid $952 in APRIL 2014 for under payment. I need proof of my filing to the State.

Did you efile, or file by mail?

Do you have bank/credit card records of the payment?

Sounds like state got the payment, but not the return.

Did you use the Desktop program or the Online version?  If you have the pdf with all the worksheets there should be an Electronic Filing page.  Probably one for federal and one for state.  If you efiled you might  be able to ask support if they can look it up and see it it was accepted or rejected..  I know they can but don't know how far back they can check.  Don't suppose you have your emails from back in 2014?  There should be one when you submit it and a second one saying if it was accepted or rejected.

I used the online version. I e-filed but I don't have any e-mails accept/reject for 2014. I would appreciate they checking to confirm for acceptance or rejection. Thanks.
