The IRS sent my checked onFebruary 15 but I still haven't got it! I called them but the automatic machine says I need to wait until March 15 until they can take any actio

This is correct. If the IRS stated to wait until March 15th before contacting them regarding your missing refund check, then you would need to do so. If you have not received your refund check by March 15th, then you would need to contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1954 to initiate a refund trace. The Bureau of Fiscal Service may need to review your claim before they can re-issue your IRS refund check, which can take up to 6 weeks to complete.
