The IRS notified me that I need to file a return for 2014. Am I able to file a 2014 return on the Turbo Tax site?

Absolutely! You can click the following link and then pick which Turbo Tax software you will need: https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

Absolutely not !  TurboTax no longer offers software for filing a 2014 tax return.  You might be able to find it from a third party vendor, but it will be a CD.  Nothing will be offered online, and you will have to print and mail.
