The IRS has issued my refund. However, I have not received my refund. Turbo Tax Payment Method is Refund Transfer and indicates Payment Pending. Where is my money?

So the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool says the funds have been sent?

If so, and if you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, that process is handled by a third-party company SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, aka TPG).  The IRS sends the funds to the third party bank where the fees are subtracted, then that bank sends the rest to your bank account (or card).    If you used that method, then you can use the refund lookup tool at SBTPG's website to check on it.

Choose the taxpayer portal at:
https://www.sbtpg.com/

If you need to speak to them, SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours.  Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as above.
