Hi, thanks for the reply. Sorry I was so vague. I was filing my taxes, and the section into which you enter banking information for a tax return to be direct-deposited into, was saying my bank's routing number was invalid. I called TurboTax customer service today, and we eventually discovered that my bank is currently having problems connecting to Intuit programs. Hopefully this info will help any other BECU (Boeing Employees Credit Union) members who have this problem.
Specifically, BECU states, "The direct-connect function for QuickBooks, Quicken, and Mint is temporarily unavailable in Online Banking. At this time, we don’t know when the connection will be restored."
