The details from my 2016 tax filing have disappeared

I logged onto my account several times during the day.  I attempt to do so now.  I get the logon screen.  I can enter both my account and password.  TurboTax takes me to a screen that say we can continue my return.  However, after I request the opportunity to continue, the next screen in blank except for the search area

(Go here if you're looking for information on last year's AGI.)

Signing in with the wrong login is the number one reason (by far!) customers can't find a return in their Tax Timeline.

We can provide you with a list of User IDs tied to your email address, which you can then try signing in with. Simply enter your e-mail address here and click Continue.

Other possibilities are listed below.

Did you use the TurboTax software instead of TurboTax Online?

If so, your return is stored locally on your computer's hard drive. We don't store your return on our servers like we do with TurboTax Online.

Look for your return on your Windows or Mac computer, or request a copy from the IRS (filed returns only).

Did you file your return with H&R Block, TaxACT, or somebody else?

We don't have copies of returns prepared by H&R Block, TaxACT, TaxSlayer, Jackson Hewitt, Taxbrain, Liberty, or anybody else. Just TurboTax Online.

Contact the company or individual who prepared your return, or order a copy from the IRS.

Did you file another return under the same login?
