Capitol One 360 tells me that Civista Bank, which i'm guessing is the bank turbotax used for my refund is the only place that they will release the funds of my bank account to. My account with them is frozen or something like that because i was unable to properly identify myself when first trying to access my refund money. they now want nothing to do with my money supposedly and want to close out the account but will only release the funds to whoever deposited the money into the account. How do i go about requesting turbotax to reverse the deposit or to transfer the funds of my account back to their bank so that they can either send back to the irs or deposit it into another account of mine that i would be able to access.

If you chose to pay the TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, that is handled by a company called SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group). They use one of their two banks--Civista or Green Dot Bank--to process the refund they receive from the IRS; i.e., that bank subtract the fees and then sends the rest to your bank. In your case, sounds like they used Civista.
If you phone TurboTax Support, they will likely tell you to phone SBTPG. If you wish, you can start by phoning SBTPG for help with this matter.
To get the phone number for SBTPG, scroll down a little on the following page to where it says "I prepared my return online." Then choose "Live taxpayer support."
