The amount received into my credit karma account was less than my refund (I have checked the irs website track my refund). Missing $100 promotional bonus too.

In regards to the promotional bonus, you will need to reach out to Credit Karma directly.  To do this, please see the Help link here.  

IRS says to contact the tax servicer for why my refund is less - TurboTax serviced this. So, with that: I am requesting an investigation be done into where that money went. It feels as if TurboTax is stealing from me and I can’t find any other way to contact someone than post here.
