The address I entered for my turbo card was wrong. How do I fix it and get my card sent to the correct address?

You will need to contact Turbo Prepaid Visa Card at 888-285-4169 or 888-288-1514 for assistance with changing the address, canceling the other card and request a new one.

The problem I am having because of covid-19 is I have moved and I cannot receive my debit card because it cannot be forwarded to my new address. I talked to the postmaster and told me that all mail like that goes back to Michigan. 

 This is where the problem is at the BMV where I cannot get a new state ID to upload to Greendot.
