Taxes

On April 1st you sent my taxes to the IRS and acknowledged that they had been received.  At that time, I gave you my credit card # and a charge of 148.40 was approved.  A couple weeks later I was informed that my credit card had been compromised and  your charge had been reversed.  Since then I have been trying to talk to someone on the phone only to be put on hold and then after waiting 30 mins to an hour I am disconnected.  I really want to pay you folks but can't seem to get anyone to help me  I am Margaret.  [removed].  {Phone [phone number removed]

You should be able to contact TurboTax support for this payment problem.  Use the key words Billing Issues
