Taxes done wrong.

Hey.

 

I'm here on an H2B visa. This is my 2nd time filing my taxes but failed to file all documents I needed. 

 

I only noticed when I received the other paper work a week later. 

I've been trying to fix it on the App but it's not allowing me to upload and update the paperwork. 

 

How do I go about fixing this?

If you filed your return and it has been accepted by the IRS then you have to file an amended return (1040X) to make changes. But please wait until your refund or payment is processed. Please be aware that you can e-file your 2021 amended federal tax return, but most states require amendments to be printed and filed by mail. Please see How to amend a tax return for instructions.
