If you have already filed your return unfortunately you are not able to change the information. The IRS and/or your state will try to deposit or withdraw the funds from the account that was listed. If they cannot deposit the funds the IRS will be notified from the bank, and will proceed to mail you a check.
If they are unable to withdraw the funds, the bank with notify the IRS as well, and the IRS will send you a letter with your balance information. You should cut and mail the IRS a check once you receive that letter.
