Tax Year 2020 - How do I amend my return to add my qualification for calEITC

No, you don't amend to claim CALETIC. To claim the credit, you must download  and complete the California Income Tax Credit (FTB 3514) form and include your 2020 California Income Tax Return. Please, click here for instructions to claim the credit.

Once I have filled out form 3514 and included my CA 2020 540 form, where do I send them?

 

I have e-filed both my 1040 and 540 in February 2021 and need to add the 3514 for California so I can claim the CalEITC. I'm surprised that turbotax didn't have me fill it out when I did my taxes 2 months ago...
