Tax return summary refund amount does not match 1040 line 35a

I've been waiting three months for my return. I just checked my copy of the return and noticed that the amount on the summary sheet, 2020 Federal Tax Return Summary, Amount to be Refunded does not match the amount on Form 1040 SR, Refund Line 35a. Why would that be?

If you had unemployment or the PTC repayment on form 8962 then there were retroactive tax law changes that were automatically applied to the return ... the IRS will make these changes themselves over the summer and the extra refund will be mailed out.

Thanks. I did not have unemployment. I don't know what PTC repayment is, I don't believe it applies to me and TT did not generate form 8962.
