tax refund

My tax return was received by IRS on 3/24/2025.  I received a notice CP5071 and replied on 4/12/25.  The answer to that notice was I would receive my refund in 9 weeks.  It has been 12 weeks, and 14 weeks since IRS received my e-filed return.  What is the delay?

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
