contact the IRS to make sure that there was not an offset or that the IRS did not make any adjustments to any refundable credits you claimed. the hold time for an IRS contact rep could be high so you can see exactly what an IRS rep sees by viewing your online transcript on IRS.gov. You have to verify your identity to view your transcript online though.
