Submitted statement 5 times for a refund on NSF fees. Each day it says they haven't received it or that it doesn't show the information needed even though its highlighted

This is a user forum, we don't know anything about your account.  Who charged you NSF fees and why do you think you are due a refund?

From the bank statement to Turbotax's NSF fee page. I kept sending screenshots of the highlighted fees and the whole statement with my account number crossed out but I keep getting a message saying they haven't received it or that it doesn't show the information that they need. I'm not sure if I am doing it wrong but I confirmed they have received it.
