Still waiting for a 2023 tax refund. Site does not give information why it is “still processing”. Is there a better way to find out what the hold up is?

You will need to contact the IRS for information. It might be easiest to set up an account with them.

Call IRS with a copy of your 2023 tax return in hand.

They will tell you what is the status of your filing,
