Once you’ve signed up for a Turbo® Visa® Debit Card, it’ll be delivered in 5-10 business days (remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days).

Think your card’s taking an unusually long time to arrive? Visit TurboDebitCard.com or call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169  to check the address we have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days.

If it has been longer than 10 business days since you filed your tax return and you selected your direct deposit with the Turbo Visa Debit Card (remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days), you can visit TurboDebitCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169  to check the address we have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you. I have not received my turbo card and I done my taxes February 15 2020 every time I call he 800 number it asks me for the last four digits on the card I don’t have I have gotten 2 emails from turbo on saying my card is on the way and the other saying don’t forget to active my card as if I should have it .i had a card with u all from last year I don’t know where it is or have access to it when I call the 800 number it say I have two cards but I don’t have one

@Woodfork97  Please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number.

  1. Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) 
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
  5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
  6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthdate.

I filed my taxes MONTHS ago and still have not received my card. The automated prompt is DIFFERENT now and even after going through and entering ALL INFO to receive a new card, system told me it was having technical difficulties and to call back and HUNG UP ON ME! 

 

I have email proof that I've never even activated my card because they email me reminding to activate it! 

 

I'M ABOUT TO FILE A BBB COMPLAINT OR SOMETHING. YOU CAN'T TALK TO A HUMAN AND AS I SEE IT THE COMPANY HAS STOLEN MY FEDERAL TAX REFUND MONEY. THAT'S GOT TO BE AN ACTUAL CRIME SOMEHOW!
