I updated this info and last stimulus check was deposited to the new account now the irs sending it to old account?

If the IRS sends the money to the old account, the bank will send it back and the IRS will mail you a check. But the IRS is having issues with the websites, so this might not really be happening. The sites were down this weekend for maintenance. There may still be problems with the website. If your payment went to the correct account last time, it may go there again.
