So if the IRS sent my refund and turbotax says I suppose to receive March 1st? I still haven’t received my federal refund on turbotax.

Did you request to have your TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund?

I wanted it taken out when I got it and the 3rd dot on the status still havent filled in

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

So the IRS has not yet issued the federal tax refund? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
