So I thought I needed to amend something but I didn’t. I already E-Filed before I started that process but now that I don’t have too it’s saying I should mail in? Help.

If I didn’t need to amend but it’s saying I need to mail in do I still need to do that or am I okay with just letting it be?

No. Just let it be. If you have e-filed and no longer need to amend just stop the process. I assume you prepared your original return and it was e-filed and accepted by the IRS. If so, then no need to mail the amended return.
