So I need to mail my Arizona amended tax return and it says to mail form 140 X but I also got form 140 and also got form 140 V. Do I send all 3 or just the one?

Have you already filed your Arizona return (whether by e-file or by mail)?

 

When you amend a return, you send in 140X plus any forms that changed. It is very likely that form 140 changed, and there may be others. 

 

After doing your amendment, did you owe the state money? If so, if you want to pay by check, then complete the check and include the 140V with it.

 

So mail the 140X, the 140 and any other AZ forms that changed, and the 140V if paying by check.
