So I have a debit card from you guys and I just happened to check it and it says it's deactivated

TurboTax is a software company, not a financial institution. TurboTax cannot issue a debit or credit card.
The Turbo® Visa® Debit Card is an affinity card. Just like any other affinity card from an airline, hotel or gasoline company.

Did you figure this out? It’s happening to me too and I cant find answered ANYWHERE. I can’t even get someone to talk to.

First the accounts with zero balances and no activity  are deactivated automatically when they have gone dormant to keep the account from being charged the monthly fee for no reason.   Now last year they reactivated cards when the first stimulus check went out and according to their website they are taking steps again this time to get the stimulus money  passed thru timely but you must log into your account to see the information :
