So I forgot to change my address for a previous employer. I probably only made about one thousand dollars if that. I have my main W2 and I want to file. Am I obligated to file the other one also since

I made such a little amount of money?

Unfortunately, yes, you are obligated to report all income, especially income reported on form W2.

The IRS will receive a copy of the form directly from your former employer and penalize you for not reporting the income.

You will need to contact your former employer to get a copy of the W2 before you file your taxes. If you can't get the form, there are way to work around it, but you will need to report the income.
