SO I EFILED WITH TURBOTAX MY RETURN WAS ACCEPTED ON MARCH 31 AND I HAVE IT SET UP FOR DIRECT DEPOSITI GOT MY STATE REFUND LIKE 4 DAYS AFTER I FILD BUT STILL NO FED

THE SAME THING HAPPEND WITH LAST YEARS TO BUT I GOT A LETTER FROM THEMTELLING ME I HAD I VERIFY MY IDENITY AND TO CALL THIS NUMBER BUT NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF DAY IT WAS EVERY TIME I CALLED I WOULD GET A RECORDING SAYING THAT DUE TO COVID THERE WERE TO MANY CALLS TO ANSWER AND IT WOULD HANG UP AND I NEVER GOT THROUGH SO I NEVER GOT THAT MONEY EITHER

@justine1195 , assuming that you have looked at 'Where is My Refund" page at www.irs.gov and have not had any joy, I suggest you make an appointment with the local IRS office ( hopefully you are not too far away from one of these ) and do a face-to-face with an agent/person. I know the IRS is way behind on many 2020 returns but efiled returns should have been settled sometime ago.
