So I already filed my taxes for this year and got a W2 from last year after I already filed last years. Am I able to still file those now even after I filed this year?

Yes, you would need to amend your 2018 return to add the additional W2.  You cannot amend your 2018 with the Online version.  See the following on how to amend your 2018 return.
