So, how/when do I get my stimulus check COVID-19

It will be either direct deposited or mailed to you. The checks will be sent to the lowest income first. 

We are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding updating or providing direct deposit information for the stimulus payments. We will have more information once the government finalizes the details. In the meantime, you can visit the following links for the most recent updates:

Hi! 

 

For my 2018 my tax-returns were directly deposited to my bank account. For this year- 2019 I have requested a turbo card. Does that mean that a stimulus check will come through the last reimbursement option: turbo debit card?  Or will it be mailed to the address for 2018 tax return?

Your stimulus check should follow the route of your latest filed return (2019).  You can check here to see where you payment is and where it is going.  You will also have the option to update where you want the stimulus payment to go if it has not already been sent.  Here is a site with information on the TurboCard and stimulus payments.

So are we getting the Stimulus check on our Turbotax Card or not I been waiting calling and still have heard or gotten my check and I need my money.. what's going on?

If you filed a 2018 or 2019 federal tax return and the IRS has your card as the direct deposit information, you should receive your stimulus payment on your card. 

  • I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit on 4/15. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

 

  • I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.
