Should we worry when we e-filed on 4/11/19. Today is 4/14. Still only pending. If it is not accepted by cob 4/15, will I have problems with IRS?
Turbo tax found no errors and we have used the software for many years.

You should not worry.
If you e-filed your return on time, but it was rejected after the tax deadline, your return will still be considered on time if you correct it and e-file again within 5 business days.
