Can you clarify what your question is?
It sounds like you are expecting a refund but you also received a letter in the mail which you replied to.
If you received a letter in the mail, it should provide you with information as to how long it will take the taxing agency to process any additional information they have requested as well as a method to contact them.
If however, you are just trying to figure out where your refund it, please see this link for more details. Sometimes it takes about 21 days but there are also times the taxing agency requires additional time to process returns.
