Should I still be able to receive my 2018 taxes? It says something is wrong with them and I don’t know who to talk to or how to fix it

did you just try to file using the 2019 online software?   you can't use it to file 2018.  online preparation and e-filing of 2018 is closed.  you need the desktop software and then will have to mail in your return.
