Should I call the irs my taxes were accepted but was only giving 273 outa 812$ n im still waiting for them?

If your refund was adjusted you will receive a letter explaining the reason. 

Do you mean your Form 1040 showed a refund of $812 on line 35a but the IRS refund site says your refund will be $273?   Where are you getting the amounts you cite?   The IRS will send you a letter that explains what they changed.   They may have caught a mistake you made, or maybe you owed some back tax or child support?

TurboTax gets no information from the IRS after you file your tax return, so no one at TT knows why the IRS is changing the amount of your refund.  You will have to wait for the IRS to tell you.
