SBTPG website says that they don't have my account? How is that when I setup direct deposit with TurboTax?

Did you have your TT fees taken directly from your Federal refund??? That's the only reason it goes to SBTPG. If you did indeed do that, you can contact SBTPG easier than TT. Can't hurt to call them now.

I sure didn't pay at the time a filed. Grrr this has me worried! Yea guess I could contact SBTG. Thank you!

Sorry I couldn't help any more. I know it's probably a dumb question, but your putting in the right info on the SBTPG tool??? Take a look at your return on TT and make sure your info is correct, even tho it's already been accepted. Do you have the TT app??? They have a Live Expert that's answers almost immediately. Download the app and sign in. Use it just for the Live expert if need be. I feel bad. I just got a ddd today and my SBTPG is good. Hopefully things get better for you. Good luck
