SBTPG SAYS NO ACCOUNT BUT REFUND IS APPROVED WITH DEPOSIT DATE

I have always used TT but this year SBTPG says no account found but yet my transcript has 846 for 2/26/2025 and the Where's refund tool says Approved as well. Haven't changed banks and I use chime. has anyone had this same issue? did you receive your return? or am I basically screwed until TT and sbtpg decides to get their **bleep** together?

Exact same problem with exact dates… my friend I work w had a ddd of 2/26/25 as well n her info is already updated on sbtpg.. mine shows the same msg u are getting!!

No money is received at the Bank prior to the date the IRS delivers funds to your bank account, often referred to as the refund settlement date.  A “settlement date” is the day when money is transferred from the treasury into the tax filer’s bank account. Intuit does not have access to your tax refund before the settlement date. When Intuit is notified of the customer’s refund amount and the settlement date from the IRS, typically five days prior to the settlement of the refund, Intuit provides the customer access to the refund amount while Intuit waits for the refund to fully settle at the Bank.
