Says I owe more taxes after direct debit payment set up. 2020 return

I set up direct payment for my due federal taxes ($367) and should be getting a refund for state taxes ($356). When I logged back in it said I owe a additional $11. Why does it say "total tax due 2020" if I already paid? I did notice $11 is the difference between my Federal due and State refund amount. Is this a glitch? It doesnt say its owed for federal or state it just say "total due for 2020".

Is it showing in addition to the money you already paid or just showing an $11.00 balance? Normally, the Refund Meter will combine both the state and federal to give a net amount.
