Saw one price but charged a different price

I clicked through fidelity discount link and paid my premium ordered.  I saw I got 30% discount on federal filing and got to the confirmation screen after payment.  Later received an email that showed I was charged a full price.  Submitted two refund cases but denied within 20 mins.  Call their 800 number and went to supervisor level but got disconnected.  There is no customer support email I can send my screenshots and no one helped with refunding the 30% difference.  It seemed to me a system glitch but turbo tax just didn’t help at all.  Any thoughts ?  Thanks!
