Reverse 1031 Exchange - Question 3 on form 8824: Date you actually transferred your property to the other party?

I transferred the title of the relinquished property to the EAT so that I can close the escrow of the replacement property. 

How do I answer question #3 on form 8824? Is it the date I transferred the title of the relinquished property to the EAT? Or the closing date to the new buyer?

The dates are typically the dates actually transferred to the buyer because the exchange can fail otherwise.

This leads to question 5 on form 8824:

5. Date like-kind property you received was identified by written notice to another party?

      In case of reverse 1031 Exchange, I put the date of the Identification of relinquished property document (which was prepared by QI). Is this correct?
