Replacement card support

I received my new card in the mail and I have tried activating it at least 30 times it says it's activated and then when I go to use it it says decline that still got a lock on it I need to talk to a representative over the phone immediately [phone number removed] thank you.

Call the phone number on the back of the card for assistance or use the website.
