Rejection of Federal and State returns.

I don't have the foggiest idea of what is wrong. I would like to speak to a person over the phone just to have it explained to me on what I need to do.

First, what is the rejection message/code in the email from TT?

Hi:

 

The rejection notice says: Primary Taxpayer AGI is: IND-031-04, or  Self Select Pin from Last year.

Hi:

The Primary Tax Payers AGI: IND-031-04 or the Self Select PIN from last year.  I still don't have the foggiest idea of what is needed. None of this makes sense to me. With this information I can't make any changes to suit the IRS.
