Rejected efile 2020 Turbo Tax CD Deluxe

My 2020 Turbo Tax CD return by efile was rejected 3 times. The message was “incorrect AIG or IP PIN”. 

A Turbo Tax Advisor told me to enter 0 for the AGI. Another Turbo Tax Advisor said to call the IRS and get the IP PIN. 

I called the IRS and 1) My AGI is correct. 2) I dont have an IPIN and dont need one. 3) Should never enter 0. 

The IRS agent said to mail both Federal and State taxes and add copies of all income such as W-2’s. 
Not one of the 4 advisors at Turbo Tax by phone, made this suggestion. 
Since I paid Turbo Tax $20 to efile the State taxes, I request a refund.

Mine also got rejected 3 times, even though my prior agi is correct. Sp turbotax's explanation is plainly wrong. Yet turbotax offers no other relief except to file by mail-I wouldn't have purchased their product if I have to o that

I have been trying to get through to Turbotax; as my efiling was rejected by both State and Federal. I paid $25.00 to do it and it needs to be refunded.
